Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Onlinegardeningcentre.co.uk website. By accessing or using our website you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions as they may be modified and posted on our website from time to time.
PRICES
Prices listed are in £GBP including VAT and all orders over £25 are delivered free to mainland England and Wales. Most Scotland orders over £25 are delivered free but for a few exceptions i.e. large Items such as greenhouses where there is an extra charge for delivery to Highlands.
We may change the advertised price of a product at any time. The price you pay will be the price in force at the time of your order. We try to ensure prices displayed on our website are correct at all times. If a pricing error should arise you will be informed of the correct price. If the correct price is higher you will be given the option to cancel the order.
We will endeavour to match the price of any like-for-like product you find on-line. If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere, please email us and ask for a price match.
Discounted quotations can be requested for bulk orders.
AVAILABILITY
All products depicted on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are available almost everywhere in mainland UK, and by special arrangement to the Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands.
All products are subject to availability. We endeavour to keep all products in stock but if in the unlikely event the product you order is unavailable, we will contact you to offer you a substitute or a refund.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or telephoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery is free on all orders over £25.
All orders under £25 will incur a delivery charge of £5.99 (not including next day delivery of greenhouses). The delivery charges will be shown in the shopping cart prior to payment so you know the total price before entering payment details.
All items marked free delivery are delivered free within mainland England Scotland & Wales, any other items added to this order may incur additional postage unless the whole order exceeds £25.
Delivery to other destinations is available please request a quote.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any information that is collected about you will be used only in normal order completion and account processing activities and will be used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will never pass your details on to another party without your permission.

Each item on onlinegardeningcentre.co.uk has a detailed description and an illustrative image.
In some cases the product supplied may vary slightly from the image displayed as the manufacturer can update and improve the item without informing us.
PAYMENT
Payments through the site are Secure, so you can enter your details in safety.
Payment can be made with most credit & debit cards, and with Paypal if you have an account with them and would rather use that to fund your purchase.
Payments will be be billed to Trusthorpe Garden Centre, as onlinegardeningcentre.co.uk is a wholly owned subsiduary if Trusthorpe Garden Centre.

DELIVERY
Onlinegardeningcentre.co.uk uses Interlink Express to deliver your orders .
Interlink Express will guarantee to deliver deliveries next working day to addresses in England and Wales and most of Scotland. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands are delivered within 48 hours.
Greenhouses and sheds are delivered direct from the manufacturer on their own transport. This standard delivery usually is within 10-14 days but is guaranteed within 28 days. Next day delivery is available for greenhouses and sheds at extra charge.
Pallex pallet delivery service is usually used to deliver larger items such as decorative aggregates, patio furniture. The pallets will be unloaded using a pallet truck and tail lift.
You will be notified by telephone of the delivery date for all large items i.e. greenhouses, sheds, decorative aggregates, garden furniture etc. If this date is not convenient it can be scheduled for a more convenient date. Please ensure you supply a contact telephone number where you can be contacted in working hours i.e. mobile phone. No order will be dispatched without a telephone number.
We aim to process and pack all orders to be delivered within 48 hours of ordering (usually 24 hours)
Please note all delivery times are an estimate.
If you are out when our courier arrives they will leave a card, please contact the courier on the card to arrange for a convenient time for re-delivery. If the courier is unable to get a signature on the second delivery attempt they will leave a card a final time telling you where you need to go to collect your goods. Any further deliveries will require an additional payment by the customer.
All delivery times shown on the website are best estimations but cannot be guaranteed.
Most orders are delivered within these timescales but there are a few exceptions where delivery takes longer. If you haven’t received your delivery within 4 working days please contact dispatch@onlinegardeningcentre.co.uk where we will track your delivery.
Once satisfactory delivery has been taken, refunds or exchanges can only be given in accordance with your legal rights. You have up to seven working days after taking delivery to inform us you would like a refund. Please telephone our customer services team on 01507 478181 or email info@onlinegardencentre.co.uk who will explain the collection options and explain our refunds process. You are required to keep the item in a resalable condition. If we collect the item from you we will charge you the costs of collection and any repackaging and restocking costs, these costs and the original delivery costs will be deducted from the refunded payment.
Delivery is free for all orders over £25 and applicable within mainland England, Wales and Scotland. Delivery to Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and the Scottish Isles may be arranged subject to additional Delivery charges.
We do not normally deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the delivery address and your daytime contact telephone number and e-mail address so we can notify you in the event of a delivery problem.
Delivery will be deemed as successfully made once the product has arrived at the address specified. A signature is required for proof of delivery, if you are unable to sign for it please arrange for it to be delivered to a place where it can be signed for. (place of work or a neighbour)
Products will be deemed your responsibility once they have been received by you, your agent or the intended Recipient. Any loss or damage to the Products shall then be at your own risk.
In case of delivery to certain locations such as hospitals, airports, hotels, ships and other business premises, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery.
It is the recipient’s responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Shortages must be noted on the consignment note where possible. You should notify us of the shortages within 7 days of delivery.
If boxes look damaged on delivery we recommend the contents are inspected before accepting and signing the delivery note.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not satisfied with any purchase from onlinegardeningcentre.co.uk, you may return any products back to us within 7 working days of receipt providing that the product is in a resalable condition, this means that the product is not damaged, has not been used in any way and that the product is complete with the original pristine condition packing. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Faulty goods, in the unlikely event of you receiving damaged goods, this must be reported in writing to the courier immediately, and to ourselves within 48 hours of receipt. We will then arrange a replacement.
Please note that our website is available only to individuals that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You must be over 18 years to purchase the products, using the payment methods displayed on our website. If you do not qualify you may not use our website.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched a full refund will be issued. You must phone us immediately (not email) should you wish to cancel goods as any purchases that have left our warehouse will be subject to the returns charges listed below.
If you wish to cancel an order or return any unwanted items that have already been dispatched you must do this within 7 days of receiving the goods. You will be required to pay any return postage costs and for the original carriage of those products. You can opt to make arrangements for return yourself. If we have to arrange collection by courier most items incur a £20 collection fee, original shipping is charged at £5.99, we will inform you if any additional costs are due for larger items. Once returned in original condition ready for re-sale we will issue a refund minus any original delivery costs and any collection charges. Returns should be sent to:

REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Where exchange rates of currency are involved, the Refund will be made in £GBP at the current exchange rate. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or gain caused by changes in the exchange rate between the time of Ordering and the time of issuing the Refund.
We promise that for any Product you purchase from our website:
• we have the right to sell the Product to you;
• the Product will correspond with the description we have given to you; and
• the Product will be of satisfactory quality.
We also promise that any service we provide to you will be provided with reasonable skill and care.
Subject to our Delivery statements, we shall not be liable for any delay or inability to perform our obligations to you if such delay is due to any cause whatsoever beyond our reasonable control.
We exclude all other express or implied terms, conditions, warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever with regard to any products (including without limitation the Products), our website or any information or service provided through our website.
If we are liable to you for any reason, our liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for the Product concerned. This limit does not apply to any liability we may have for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or for our fraudulent misrepresentation.
The limitations and exclusions in this clause do not affect your non-excludable statutory rights and only apply to the extent permissible by applicable law.
